This policy applies to zenoasis.ai. The live SATA-CODA™ assessment is hosted on mysatacoda.com and may use separate systems, forms, storage, and disclosures.
2. Information you provide
The ZENOASIS contact form may collect your name, email, organization, inquiry topic, and message. Do not submit sensitive medical information, payment-card data, passwords, confidential assessment responses, or information you are not authorized to share.
3. Contact-form processor
The contact form is delivered through Formspree. Form submissions are transmitted to that service for processing and delivery. Its handling of information is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
4. Technical information
Hosting, DNS, security, and delivery providers may automatically process IP address, browser type, device information, request time, requested page, security signals, and similar server-log data needed to operate, protect, and improve the site. Cloudflare may process traffic when the domain is proxied through its network.
5. Cookies and analytics
This replacement does not include advertising pixels or a dedicated analytics script. Infrastructure providers may use essential technologies for security and delivery. This policy must be updated before adding analytics, remarketing, session replay, or advertising technology.
6. How information is used

ZENOASIS and SATA-CODA™ are intended for adults and organizational users. The site is not directed to children under 13, and the company does not knowingly seek their personal information.
11. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Never submit secrets or highly sensitive information through a public web form.
12. Changes
This policy may be updated as the ecosystem, service providers, and data practices change. The updated date will be revised when material changes are published.
