Gil Cohen is an enterprise operator, board director, and founder whose work spans finance, governance, operating systems, immersive technology, music, and human-centered design. Cognitive State Design™ grew from a practical question: as technology becomes more capable, who is intentionally designing the human side of the relationship?
His work through Cognitive State Systems LLC separates aspiration from evidence. AI may assist, recommend, summarize, and route within defined permissions; consequential authority remains human. Research informs design choices, while product evidence, commercial evidence, and scientific proof are treated as different categories.
His creative identity, DJ GC77XR™, and MICRO HAUS provide a development lineage for sound, motion, audiovisual experience, XR, spatial computing, and immersive prototyping. Those creative origins are preserved without being presented as proof of medical, neurological, or biological outcomes.
